Qualified Software Data Erasure
During server data deletion, with the help of software with a qualified data deletion license, the data carriers are repeatedly overwritten and then deleted, thereby making the data irretrievable. Qualified Physical Destruction
During the physical data deletion, the data storage devices are crushed, during which the devices are broken into small pieces, thereby preventing the restoration of the data. What laws require data storage to be deleted?

- In the case of public administration organizations, the obligation to delete data is prescribed by Act L. of 2013.
- Various security standards such as ISO 27001 require an additional documented and auditable data deletion obligation.
